Study Groups

Group Bible study is an important way for us as Christians to grow in our understanding of God’s word, to grow in faith, and to encourage one another in our daily walk with the Lord. Therefore the study of God’s Word by the members is an ongoing activity in our church. Bible study usually begins in the early fall, continues throughout the winter months and concludes in late spring. During this time a book of the Bible is usually studied in an in-depth manner. From time to time, certain Bible themes, different ethical topics, current issues, or the confessions of the church may also be dealt with in a systematic way.

Men’s Bible Study

Every other Wednesday evening, men of the church gather together to discuss the Word of God. Currently we are looking at the Old Testament book of Leviticus and currently using the book "Shadows of Light" by Re. Joh. de Wolf to use as a guide to help study. The Bible study is from 8:00 to 9:45 p.m. at a member’s residence. We welcome any new member or guests.

Women’s Bible Study

Every other Wednesday evening, women of the church gather together to discuss the Word of God. Currently we are looking at the Old Testament book of Joshua and currently using the book "Outlines on the Book of Joshua" by R.H Smit dealing with Ai, Achan and covenant renewal at Mt. Ebal and Mt. Gerazim. Study guides are also provided to assist with our daily study/journalling. The Bible study is from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. at the church. We welcome any new member or guests.
